mine specifically
i have a 97 SE
shittier engine than the EX, rear drum brakes, a manual transmission doesn't even exist for the SE, wtf?

 

se is a joke. its just a LX with EX luxury features like the sunroof and mabe some other things. You think for a special editoin it would be better then a ex, but hell nah

Yep LX with EX features and you also get that uber cool special color

 

SE is a selling gimmick created by car companies to sell the last version of the the current generation. i feel bad for 2001 Altima SE owners ...

 

You'll get to see it and the removed tailight orange lenses, polished intake and strut bar in all their glory!! LOL. but there is hope for me. i'm getting some tokico illumina's probably next week or so. naturally my car gets lowered right after the meet
but yeah i'm going to clean my engine bay tommorow and possibly detail my car. at least clean the mother****er! lol

 

I dont think the SE is a joke. Id rather have it over an LX.

you get CD player, Leather steering wheel, security system(w/ security light) Wood trim, Moonroof, and alloy wheels. And special mats.

 

Yeah but you have tio factor in that Honda security systems are a joke and easy as pie to bypass.

aside from that its not a bad package overall but I would rather get either a true LX or a true EX.

But I will stay with my DX.

 

I say get SE if u cant afford EX... but i guess that would depend on what the MSRP was of the SE vs the LX and EX at the time.
