Front Bumper Got Nicked

I got a gift from the road yesterday. Anybody got tips on how to fix rock-nicks on the front bumper (factory)? I'm planning to use touch-up paint, but right now the surface isn't smooth.

that sucks man, on the new car too

i used a the meguires clay bar bumper on my bumper to smooth out a rough scratch before hitting it with touch up paint.

what is meguires clay bar is used for anyways?

it's used to take of overspray and things that may be stuck to your paint. it worked good to clean up the roughness of the scratch so i could paint it nicely.
