Default Bump stops

Is there any advantages/disadvantages to having no bump stops? Thanks.

your bumpstops are there to prevent you from bottoming out when hitting bumps and dips.. when you bottom out with no bumpstops then your shocks will blow or at least damage itself.. its sorta like driving a car without a rev limiter.. saftey features such as this are there to prevent you from damaging your car

i am driving on a koni/prokit setup and i just didnt even bother putting the bumpstops for the rear shocks since they are a bitch to put on due to the larger diameter rod and bottomming out is rare on these shocks. i just set them a little firmer and they are fine. i think its actually a more comfortable ride this way. i do however have the bumpstops up front since most of the cars weight is there...

i will be getting the same setup installed. which perches did you use on the konis? did you have camber problems?

O/T but the word you want to use for your car is Coupe, not Coup
