Default Passenger Seat back pannel/pocket popped off

I have a 2000 Accord EXL Sedan and the back pannel of the front passenger seat popped off exposing the back of the seat. I was loading a heavy box into the back seat and it must of pushed on this back cover and made it popped off. The cover looks like it has 2 large "L" shaped latches at the top where it slides into groves at the top. Near the bottom there are 2 "female" clips (not sure what they are called) but I can see where there are 2 "Male" clips in the back of the seat? Not sure how best to put the pannel back. I'm thinking I should slip the top "L" brackets in first at an angel and then line up the clips at the bottom and 'Pop' them in? Is there a right way of doing this so that I do not break these plastic clips?
