Default Smmmokin'!

Pulled up my driveway this afternoon and smelt something burning. Wasn't rubbery, wasn't clutchy...

Got out of the car, and saw black smoke coming from the front left wheel, through the spokes around and behind the caliper.

Jacked the car up, took the wheel off, didn't see anything unusual.. checked the brake line for leaks.. didn't see anything.

Any ideas?

Yep, it was just a bottle rocket that got stuck in your spokes.

I imagine that if it was a seized caliper, that my front wheel would be locked, no?
