Default radiator and crappy service

I was parked on the street across from my girlfriend's house last night and after a while someone calls the house and says there's something running out of my car. I go across the street and find the entire contents of my radiator and reservoir there on the road.

So, I fill up the rad with this guy's hose and I manage to get the car home without incident. I go out this morning and find that once again, the car has drained. So, I take it to my mechanic and sure enough, just as I suspected, the rad is gone. I can't drive my car until it is fixed.

Next, I call City Honda because I bought extended warranty on my car back in '01. I'm not allowed to have warranty work done anywhere else but there, and THEY CAN'T GET ME IN UNTIL NEXT MONDAY!!!!!!! :madfawk: :madfawk: :madfawk:

Worst of all, they will give me no loaner in the meantime, and my parents are leaving town on Saturday morning and taking their car (which happens to be a 2002 SE) with them. So I will be stranded at home all weekend.

I HATE MY HONDA DEALER!!!!! They are truly terrible, and they are really really souring my experience with Honda. The cars are great, but this dealer's service is the worst I have ever come across. It seems like everytime my car goes in for service there, it comes back with something else wrong with it. The only times that I go there now are for warranty services.

Fortunately, just two weeks ago I had an oil change, the coolant system was flushed, and the tranny and brake fluids were changed, so there should be no red tape on getting the warranty work done.

Sorry for the long post... have any of you had bad experiences with your Honda dealers? As much as I love my car, and my parents' for that matter, this will probably discourage me from ever buying a new Honda, at least from City Honda. :bs:

werd, city honda sucks ass. once they have your money, they are no longer interested in you. They don;t care about repeat buyers cause they know if you don;t buy it, someone else will.

The only good guy up there is wayne (one fo the mechanics)

oh, see if they can give you the new rad and let you put it in yourself. if so, I can give you a hand with that.
