Well, when ya post anything, yer bound to get opinions from people, negative and positive, that's just one of the qualities of an online forum, so don't take the negative comments too seriously, anyone who spends the time to post a negative comment never learned the meaning of, " if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all." Personally, I like the underbody kit a lot, people may call it rice but I don't give a crap, I know you put it on 'cus YOU wanted to and that's the point, and as long as you like what you do to the car, then so do I. I gotta question for ya, I dunno if you've ever looked underneath a 5th gen accord, but I was wondering how you mounted the side-skirt neons? On 5th gens, it's flat underneath for about 8 inches into the car, so it's a pain to mount one without modification, so I was just wonderinf if Honda changed the layout underneath the car for the 6th gens. . .

 

i dont think it's rice cuz it's not like i put just a neon kit on my car and run around tryin to race people cuz my magic neons make me fast. I just like the way they look. The performance mods are coming...and it's not that i take things personally, i just dont like haters, and i dont take anybody's shit. If you say something stupid, im gonna let you know about it... But yeah, on 6th gen the bottom is flat as fudge.... found a spot on my rear bumer that hides the neon nicely, the front neon i had to cut out a space in the bottom of the bumper (where all that splashguard or whatever is) as for the side tubes, i just mounted them kinda far under the car, away from the sideskirts. It'ts pretty flat but the frame comes down a lil bit on each side next to the downpipe so i mounted the tubes there. U cant see any of the tubes unless u're pretty far away... then u can see the side tubes. Im getting a body kit soon tho, so that problem will be eliminated.... holla

 

I don't understand why otherfolks are trippen of the neon-light kit. I also think there's nothing wrong w/ the neon, if ya wanted them. I don't think your car is a rice cooker. In the day it's clean and no dayam stickers! Clean!

What I could do w/o are the ugly things people put on their dashes. Now that's rice cooker shizzle. Or sticker's of any type. The only people w/ stickers should be the ones that are sponsored by them!

For the person who said they would take a 2nd Gen over a 6th Gen. You must be smoking something funky because it only takes about 1 hr. to remove neon lights. I would take a 6th gen w/ low miles anyday over a 2nd gen w/ high miles. Common sense man!

and stop getting so damn offended by what people have to say about your accord. normally when people post pics, its because they want to hear people's opinions and comments. and its not always gonna be a compliment. if i were given the option of a nice clean looking 92 accord and a riced out newer accord (before you start e-thuggin, i'm not talking about your accord), i'd take the older accord given that you were stuck with what was on the car.

i made it thru hs and college chem on my way to a process plant technology degree. Which i followed up with a mechanical engineering degree. So i think i got chem down.... but i always liked physics better anyway.....and opinions are one thing, but unwarranted hating is another. I understand that if i post a pic i am asking for whatever reactions come my way... but know this, if you post a reply, especially a stupid one, you better be ready for whatever reply you get.
