I am currently living in St Kitts, West Indies, going to school. I bought the '99 Honda Saber when I first got to the island. The AC worked fine at first but recently the cool air and volume decreases after about 10 -15 minutes of driving. There is also a fine mist that comes out of the vents. Can anyone point me in a direction, ie recharging, compressor, or leak in the system? Thanks
