omg that's nothing
my battery was corroded to hell! at one point, i couldnt even start my car so i finally got off my lazy ass and cleaned it

Clean it off and then put a thin layer of petroleum jelly on it... it'll never happen again.

BTW, if the battery is starting the car, put a multimeter to it and see if the voltage is constant. If the multimeter stays constant, then don't waste your money. Corrosion is common on all batteries - this has nothing to do with the health of the battery.
