What do you use to paint your rims?
I was thinking about it since I only have my rims on for like a two weeks left and I can mess around with them. What do you guys think of blacking out the part of the rims that sinks in so that way it will make the spokes look thinner and longer like the Type-S rims? Anybody tried?

Look in your local yellow pages and see if there's any place that does powdercoating. There was an article about it in either Super Street or Sport Compact Car (that was it, I think) a couple of months ago about it. They took a set of old, scratched up rims and got them powdercoated, and they looked great. I think it was supposed to cost about 50 a wheel, but it's durable as hell and will never flake off like paint would. Even if it cost 400 bucks, it beats getting a new set of rims. Of course, all that assumes that you have something else to roll around on in the meantime.

Well heres my opinion, painting anything like that, usually comes out bad. I've seen the stock EX rims painted gunmetal and I liked that.
But if it turns out anything like REBORNHONDANEER's white flower dodge neon look alike hub caps, I do not recommend it. As the Surgeon General says it can be hazardous to your health.

No matter what it looks like as soon as its done, its gonna look like crapp a few weeks down the road. Powdercoating is the best route. It'll give the best results with the best gloss and it'll last much longer also.
