Default Oil for 6th Gen Accord.

I was wondering what kind of oil I should use for my 1998 Accord. Should I use 10-40w or should I use 5 something. I don't remeber which one I should use.

Is that used on the Accord Coupe 4 cyl or is used for a 98 V6 accord. I thought Honda recommended 5-20 for 98 accord 4 cyl.

didn't they change it to 5w-20 in 01-02 due to government regulations or something like that?
