How is the Neuspeed Strut bar useless? Just because other people are cheap and buy the Acura TL-S/CL-S ones, doesn't mean Neuspeed ones are useless. The Neuspeed is actually way thicker then the Acura TL-S/CL-S ones. Where it bolts on the bracket is 3X as thick as the TL-S/CL-S ones. Just look at the pictures below.

This is coming from a guy rolling around in a Honda Accord 4X4. You really know a lot about suspensions, huh? :fawk:

you know, you can buy a TL-S bar, and put it in along with your neuspeed bar?

I'm sorry, the Neuspeed bar isn't useless, it's just that the TL-S bar by itself is supposed to be better than the Neuspeed Bar by itself. I can show you the HS thread about the guy who Auto-Xs with his accord, and definitely feels that the TL-S bar is better than the Neuspeed bar, but HS is apparently down right now...

Anyways, check this out:

I didn't mean to say it's useless at all, since it is a good bar, but it doesn't link up with Accord's the firewall reinforcements. The same neuspeed bar can be used on the TL-S/CL-S, which adds on to the stock bar. In our case, we don't have the stock bar, so the Neuspeed bar doesn't work as well as it could...

Now you making that 4x4 comment was unnecesary, as I had a lot of respect for you and your car. I hate to see it coming from you. I've got the money, and am prepared to buy Comptech Sways, Neuspeed-Koni Shocks, H&R Sport Springs, and a TL-S Strut bar, but I have one problem: My dad controls my bank account, and owns the accord. That's the reason why I only have 18" rims, and a DIY ground kit. I've spent a lot of time researching this stuff, but I still don't have anything in my possession, so I can't prove shit, so, in a way, you're right.

I think using both bars might be overkill, but I'll go buy one tomorrow and see if I can feel a difference.

.. well, it was me who said that sway bars and strut reduce performance IF U DIDNT CHANGE THE TIRES. cuz stock street tires cant take the STIFFNESS!!.. ea.... so whoever thought i was bs just read the whole thing again.. and rims, after i finish everything, i might change, because 02 v6 EX, thats the rim i have and they dont look too bad, so ill keep them until i get some extra Gs to spent, but thats after the tires and the anti roll bars and wutever.. ...and hmm.. i dont really wanna spent that much, cuz i get a new car after high school, this accord coupe i have.. is just for high skool, even thou its new, to me, its still a practice car... HAHAHA im a spoiled azn... wahaha.. ^^

well, it wouldn't be wise to mod a car you know you're going to replace soon. Unless you want to take them off and sell it to us for cheap

Are you absolutely sure that it will work? I don't want to be the reason for you buying a $50+ bar, and not being able to use it! (I think it will probably fit, since the TL-S bar fits ours)
