Free horsepower???
Is there anything like a filter or emission control thingy or other stuff that I can remove to give my 96 Accord EX I4 VTEC extra juice and reinstall to pass an inspections???

Cat back exhaust
all of those are the basic mods every1 gets.. all of which are easy to install and remove. since its mostly a matter of having a good socket set, a jack (maybe some jack stands as well), some WD40 and some patience..
