o yes, jschmid, ur car looks kool, nice rims, it looks kinda like my friend TLS rims.
Thanks.

I just picked mine up at my local Acura parts department/dealer. It took 3 days to come in. But there are a number of dealers that sell parts online if you want to try that.

If you need the part #, let me know, I'll look mine up.

Sure, part # is 74180-S0K-A00 "Bar, FR. STRUT" is the description on my reciept. I paid $56.73 from the dealer.

Hope that helps.

They are $50 and are going to be more effective than any aftermarket strut bar. The Comptech looks cool, but for $300, I don't think so.
yep stock strut bars are the best. cause they are ONE PIECE unlike most of the crap out there, they allow less flex, plus they were made for the car!, stick with stock, cause sometimes stock is better than anything else!

If you go the TL-S route, I'd just get the rear. The reason being is that the Accords have plenty of understeer built in them. With the thicker TL-S bar in the rear, it will firm up the rear and make the car handle a bit more neutral. I felt a nice difference with mine. The stock bar is 16mm and the TL-S is 19mm.

Sway was I think $60 from the dealer, but you need the TL-S bushings and brackets as well. Came to about $70 all together for me. Definetly worth it to me.

Here's my TL-S:

Hey jschmid, how heavy is the strut bar? My Neuspeed was a good 5 lb. worth and it made a slight difference in handling. But that TL-S strut bar looks nice and beefy like the Neuspeed's. But I also noticed that you took your stock Accord strut-to-firewall braces off, too. You can't keep both on, huh? I guess not, without having to bolt one right on top of another.

Oh, man $73 is not cheap for ya? If you want to get Neuspeed's rear bar, they cost like $125. I got my rear sway bar, bushings, and brackets for around $55 from www.ahmotor.com. If you want to go cheaper, then go to www.acura-cl.com or www.acura-tl.com and ask them if any of them are selling their stock CL-S or TL-S rear sway bar. Ask them to give you the brackets and bushings too because the Accord parts won't work. The owners may try to sell you the front and rear bars since they probably got a Comptech upgrade which is a front and rear set. In any case, that may be the cheapest route to get the sway bars.
