Default 2003 Anniversary Edition

2003 marks 20 years of the Accord name. I know they had an anniversary edition in 1993 which was probably to boast sales of a dated design but wouldn't it be nice to have a 2003 commerative edition as well?

It would be a good idea if the Accord wasn't first sold here in 1976.

The 10th anniversery addition was to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Marysville, Ohio plant opening. Don't expect a 20th anniversary, as Japanese manufacturers building cars in the US isn't as big of a deal now as it was 20 years ago or even 10 years ago.

Honda doesn't really "do" anniversary additions :dunno:

5th gen accords were the last "anniversary edition" cars that honda made, i believe it was 25th anniversary at that particular time.

usually they'll have these "special editions" at the end of a generation span to sell the last of that particular model so they can make room for the new generation.

Yep, and the 10th Anniversary was the best looking one so far IMHO

I should have been more obvious with my sarcasm...he obviously loves his "anniversary edition"...it's in his sig, his avatar info, he wants the exact day of productions, etc. I just busting his chops a bit.
