After all, no body forced Honda to use that particular changer; Honda is to blame for poor material selection and sloppy testing job.
That's very harsh. Clearly it's a fluke thing, as few people have had problems. If it was widespread, I'd agree with you. You can't test all 350,000 Accords they're gonna sell for CD player integrity...you test tens or them, not hundreds or thousands.

Okay. If you'll visit the N&R forum, you'll read some of my posts and take your head out of your ass and see how harsh I am on Honda sometimes. Some of their products are very unimpressive. But I'm trying to be unbiased and it's quite obvious that Honda isn't at fault here. But they take the financial hit for it.

You know the problem with most forums...... people don't write or look for a forum when their car is running fine with no problems.

When they start having problems here and there, people start posting their complaints and stuff. :blah::blah::blah:

I've been working on a support line for almost 3 years. Our customers call us when they get problems. When they finally solve their problems, only less than 2% will eventually call us back to notify that our solution/suggestions are ok. Plus, they rarely call to give opinions that our products are working solid.

Getting complaints and problems here and there everyday doesn't make our products have trash quality. It is just normal routine. Everything that human makes can break down :fawk:

There are many people who love our products out there..... same thing applies to '03 Accord. I love my '03 Accord :driving:

That's my two cents from my day-to-day job
