Default Indiglo door sills

I just got 2 indiglo door sills for my accord ex coupe.
Has anyone installed those before? There are 2 wires, 1 to the micro switch at the door, the other is to the power. I know how to connect to the micro switch, but where do I get the power from? Also, how do I hide the wire under the carpet as I need to connect to the other door sill.
Thank you.

run a power wire in from your battery or from where the battery connects to the underhood fuse box. Bring it thru one of the rubber seals on the firewall and inside.

goto radioshack and buy some Bullet Wire Connects

also have a Good pair or wire strippers handy to crip them connecters.

heres how the power wire on my neons is wired up and where it goes thru the firwall at.

wheres its attached is where the power from the battery hook to the fuse box. its held down by a screw. I unscrewed the screw, attached a loophole type connecter to the wire and then put it under the screw when i tighten it, or you could just wrap the wire aorund the screw when you put it back in. And dont forget to install an Inline fuse holder at most 1 foot away from where the power source is.

I ran the power wire to the fuse on the passenger side for the door and the negative wire into the door pin. Thats the only way I could figure out to do it effectively. Door opens light turns on. Door closes light turns off......
