Hey people how goes it? I am looking for some advice and/or help. The alternator just quit on our 98 V6 coupeit has about 100k on it so I suppose its not unexpected. I did a search but didn't find anything about my particular situation. Has anyone ever replaced their alternator on a V6? I'm just curious how difficult it is. I recently replaced one on my old 87 Acura with a 4 cyl and it was a cast iron bitch, probably would have been easier to pull the engine. I figure the 98 is more complicated still, but maybe I'm wrong. Just an indication as to how difficult it is to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day.
