I had a rear caliper seize on my '95 Integra; it was the handbrake mechanism. The lever for the handbrake has a shaft that goes thru a seal into the caliper. That shaft corroded and had too much friction for the return spring. I could release the handbrake if I went back & reached in with a long screwdriver. But if I didn't do that it would drag & get real hot.

I could feel that with the brake lever in the car, when I released the handbrake. I could feel that the spring wasn't pulling the lever all the way down.

I wouldn;t say that it actually siezed, only that the piston didn't retract fully. A C-clamp and few whacks with a rubber mallet seemed to work ok. Cross your fingers.
