did you blow out your bulbs perhaps?
reverse lights not working i could see happening.
not brakes though... got nothing to do with the tranny.

see the weird thing is, the bulbs work when I have my lights on so the brake light bulbs can't be blown. Plus they don't look blown. Everything is plugged in, it's not an easy fix or so it looks like.
The fuses are all in correct. Because there is a fuse for the Brake lights and the horn it's the same one, it's a 20 fuse, and it isn't blown The horn works.

Why don't you use a volt meter and check the power right before the bulb. That's a start to eliminate some possible issues. Then check the power on the fuse and see if you have power there. If you have nothing at the lights but at the fuses then you have a issues between them. Which will be tough from there. But if you have power before the lights then it's the bulb or harness. Just my 2 cents.
