i was looking into the hypergrounds... is there any difference in the construction or is it exatlly like a power cable?

it's just wire, same as power cable.

you know, I think DIY is better than using the Arospeed cables. I've heard that they kind of suck. The Hyperground system really works, but you are limited to 5 wires:

hey kleankord, I saw pics of your DIY, nice job!

What guage+brand of ground cable and connectors did you use?
Have you finished it yet? Also, did you reuse the stock battery post?

I'm considering using 2 guage wires with a distribution block hooked up to the battery.

just to put it out there R-1 also makes a ground wire kit
similar to arospeed

tranny, engine block, alternator and ignition

hmmm thats not that big a difference $40 and $60 dollars the only thing is you had to do more work. its not all that custom unless you pick a totally off the wall color compared to the other kits avaible. for that difference i'd just get the aero kit. if we were talking the $100 one then i feel u 100% on doing it myself
