Default I need a tire opinion

I just bought rims and the same guy is trying to sell me a set of tires with them..

They are 215/45 HR/17 Hankook tires - all season for $405 mounted, balanced and delivered.

Is this a good price? Is this a good tire? They're H rated. What does that mean? Does it mean they are cheap? What's a good rating for a set of tires?

I know, I have a lot of questions!!lol. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

The rating is how fast the tire is rated for. Basically how fast you can drive on that tire, if you drive any faster then who knows what will happen, someone else will have to fill in that part for you.
