Default 1989 Accord Lx ECU where is it?

Greetings All,
I am new here and am in need of help. I have a 1989 honda accord lx. It's an automatic and it's carborated. I have a Haynes Manual but it doesn't tell me where the ECU is. I need to find the ECU so that I can get the problem codes from it.

Recently my accord started to rev up to 3500rpm's upon start and it stays that way and after I shut it off it diesels(commonly called after-run)meaning that the engine still sort of goes after I shut it off. I can't figure out the cause I've been through several things. I messed with the idle speed and checked some vacuum hoses. I'm not leaning towards some sort of sensor damage.

If anyone here could suggest some remedies to my problem and the main thing tell me where the ECU is on my accord and a bit about it that would be great

Thanx

It's carborated so I don't think it has an ECU?

I thought it was supposed to I guess I could be wrong here is what I found underneath the seat but I thought Honda's ECU's were always supposed to have the part number 37820 the part I found has the number 36048-PH4-L52 it has no LED on it so if I am to get anything out of it I would probably have to short out the blue wire??? I'm not sure if it is the ECU here's a pic ( I've never attached anything here so if it doesn't display it's attached to this post

I think it's the automatic tranny control unit.

As looking at from the picture, it says.. control unit KL-AT. (KL4AT)

KL = California Emissions
AT = Automatic Transmission..

I took the car to a local garage and was going to have them fix it they said they couldn't get it in till June 4th which is way too late. The other garage said in about three weeks they had an opening. The guy at the garage said that the car did have an ECU but he could be throwing me a line I will continue the search. Thank you for all your replies and help thus far.

Does anyone here know what may be causing it to diesel?? I have noticed while driving it now that it doesn't do it unless the engine has warmed up. It also has started to knock really hard in between gears it feels like it's pulling the engine forward really roughly.
