Default Suspension/steering help

OK, I drove my mom's 90 accord the other day, and noticed that it is making a sort of "clunking" noise when turning to the right. It only happens when turning to the right, and only at low speeds while turning. While driving at higher speeds the steering wheel shakes a little bit. Now to me, this seems like the tie rod is the culprit. Am I correct in this assumption? Also, how much work goes into putting on a new one on a Honda? I know on my 96 Achieva it wasn't that tough, but haven't really checked out the import suspension components in a while. Thanks all
