Default Engine Sound.

How can I improve my engine sound to be sportier?
I don't want it just loud..and not plan to have a new exhaust yet.
I got 6th gen accord 4cyl. seden.
A CAI will do it? or something else I'm missing.
TIA!

CAI (or even short ram) would do nicely, as would a high quality exhaust that would make a deeper growl and not a high pitched fart can noise.

But it's still an economy engine, so don't expect Mustang GT sounds.

just razzin ya. Usually people are lookin for more speed and sound is more of a concern than a feature. Mufflers that sound good include 5zigen, DC Sports, Greddy, and Apexi WS <<<<Quiet. A short ram will be louder than a CAI but a CAI will give you more performance and still sound good. Avoid Ebay fartcans, crappy intakes, and electronic BOVs. 30-sound horn is ok
