Default halfway done w/my mugen grill

I glassed it tonight, gonna let it dry overnight and do the bondo work to it tomorrow, hopefully I'll be ready to paint it come monday. The glass was very easy to work with, this was my first time using it and it was a piece of cake, I can't believe I was procrastinating on this project for so long simply cause of the fiberglass part of it. But now that I see how easy it is to work with, I may just use it for other projects on my car:naughty:

yeah man, it was way easier than I ever imagined. I will never cringe when I hear the word fiberglass again:chuckles: Fixing the rust should be a piece of cake. I think it would be better and easier if you could glass it from the back though, would that be possible?

Dood, you are the bomb, the idea of you all chipping in and getting me a digi cam, best idea i've heard since joining this board

damn, I just got done w/one side of the grill, this fiberglass/bondo stuff isn't that bad at all. The test is gonna be seeing what it looks like painted. As soon as I finish the bondo/sanding on the other side, im gonna hit it w/some primer and see what it looks like.
