6th gen headers

would taking the header heat sheild off make a diffrence in any thing besides just the looks.. like i just want to be able to see the headers.. but what you guys think?

well, you'll have a little more heat under the hood, so if you've got a short ram, you may suck in some hotter air. I don't really know how significant it'll be, I always leave the shield on. Keep the hood shut to keep'em guessing.

I think Honda put it there for a reason. You will only have to take it off if you're getting aftermarket headers. I doubt you would really want to see the stock headers anyway
