I have a 1997 Honda Accord and my passenger seat belt is having some issues. It seems to be locking up whenever the passenger wants to buckle up. It will eventually let the passenger buckle up but you have to slowly draw the belt out being very gentle with it or else it will lock up again. I have only had this problem now for a few months and haven't had any major issues with it because it eventually lets the passenger buckle up but I do not want it to get to the point where the passenger is completely unable to fasten the seat belt. Any ideas of what could be causing this problem? Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
