$600 over invoice. $24813 if my memory serves my correct. Not the best price, but it really doesn't matter. I'm happy with what I got for the price I paid. Others will argue that statement, but I pay no attention.

the price is actually very fair. but if that price included the exhaust tips and spolier then its a kickass deal. i love the spoiler to death. lucky u didnt get the big wing spoiler. this decklid is very classy.

Bone stock for that price. But I buy all my parts from a local dealer for 20% list, no tax (works out about the same as ordering from the many online Honda dealers, but much more convenient.) I do all my own work, so I just added what I wanted after the sale (see the TSX controller's on the steering wheel?) Still happy with my decission.

I agree with the rear deck lid statement as well (some don't agree.) I think it's Honda's best effort yet, looks killer with the lip!

Good luck on your purchase!

Take care,
Jim

MackDaddy -
Your car is beautiful - I also love the decklid spoiler - I bought one for my silver sedan but haven't put it on yet. I'm a little nervous about doing it. So, you put yours on yourself - was it pretty easy? Did you change the trunk springs? That's the part that scares me, but some people have said that you don't need to for the decklid spoiler - what do you think?

Thanks, Draka.

Don't fret the lip spoiler install. Just take your time, and use the included template for drilling. This is the 5th spoilier I've installed (twice for myself, three for friends.) The trunk springs aren't a must with the lip spoiler, but I did them just the same. You'll need Honda's special tool to do the job easily. http://www.handaaccessories.com/springtoollarge.jpg

http://www.handaaccessories.com/accext03.html it's listed about half way down the page.

Thanks for the encouragement - maybe I'll do it this weekend if it ever stops snowing. I have the tool - I bought it when I bought the spoiler from HandA. I'll be so happy to have that decklid spoiler on my car - I'm surprised more people don't have them, they look so good!

ok, so I've actually got an 04, but same difference. Went with the V6 coupe 6MT black on black with OEM:

ground effects
spoiler
side moulding
fog lights
17" wheels
tint
alarm
blah, blah

the dealer must have loved me, I was in a hurry after my 01 coupe got totalled in a wreck. For anyone that doesn't have it that 6MT is a bad ass mutha! Once I dust off the camera I'll post a pic.

Good deal. It helps to have another person help while doing the springs (as the rear deck lid is not light, and it's tough to manage doing the springs / holding the decklid up at the same time!) Just thought I'd throw that out there for you....

Post some pics when you get a chance.

Take care,
Jim
