Problem with H22 in accord please HELP!!!

Default Problem with H22 in accord please HELP!!!

i just put in a JDM H22A in 92 accord lx and i got the wires for vtec solenoid, vtec oil pressure and knock sensor. my prolbem is- my disstributor doesn't have sparks, i check all the plugs and the wires to the ecu and they look good, the distributor is internal-coil, how can i fix in?? please help , and how can u tell the motors is obd1 or obd2 by just looking at the engine?? please help, any info will help. thanx

What year is your H22A? I think 96 or newer H22A motors are ODB-II..

he told me the motor is 93-94, what if the motor is obd2? will it work in the the accord? how can u tell if the motor is obd1 or obd2 ? i need to know why the distributor has no sparks, please help!!! is there any web site that has h22 swap info??

they year should be stamped on the engine block the year determines ODB1 or ODB2

if i remember right (could be wrong) it should be under where the header mounts to the engine. its stamped in the front. also if you can find the sticker on the passenger (or is it driver side) it should give you the reading H (for the engine type) #(for the liter displacement) letter and # code that also helps determine ODB1 or ODB2 look for either of them or both of them

on the web site above, i used the B18c1 in EG Civic diagram,
i only ran the vtec solenoid, vtec oil pressure and knock sensore. do i have to run all the wires?

not to knock you though but why would u follow any other cars diagram besides a prelude or a JDM accord diagram?

peoples in the web site told me to use it, they said its the same as the h22 diagram, and i only found a sticker on the cover of the T-belt, it says H13(year)2(month)26(day)
the year, month and day r in japanese

and the sticker also say how many miles on the engine, it says 101127 KM
