When i pulled into my garage last night my right headlight wasnt luminating, so i kinda messed with it and saw that if i kinda just moved it it would turn on, checked it out today, and the connection is rusted coming from the car. How would i get this out?

Is that ok even if it is the wires coming from my car? It wont fry anything? I want to do this after work, because my headlight keeps turning off at night, and i have to jiggle it to get it on.
