Well, may as well add mine here to even though its not an Accord.

2000 Prelude base 5 speed 72K
Really has been bullit proof so far, I've still got the original tires, wiper blades, brakes, clutch, stc. The onl;y thing changed has been the timing belt at 54K, due to failure of the tensioner.

I guess I need to add these have been hard miles. The h22 is a hi-rev motor. Cruise at 80 mph = 4000 rpm in fifth gear. I usually cruise near 80. I don't redline the car that often, but I do rev it to 4000 rpm and higher on a routine basis.

So normal driving for the Prelude would be considered hard driving in an American car.

Damn Decibel, where did ya go this weekend with that kind of mileage? Hope it was far from Flatbush! (Gotta represent, though!)

I noticed in another post you mentioned there is someone who drives around the city with an 03 black coupe, body kit and chrome rims----in Manhattan you mean? And the car doesnt look all chewed up? Damn...I would think the black would show the swirl marks and all the damages much easier than the other colors; my red is looking dull and shabby in many places already...

Wow, 2000Prelude, thats a lot of miles on a 2000---are those original 16 inch tires on the stock 16" alloy rims?
