weird clunk in '03 V6 auto
I just bought a '03 accord V6 auto. and I've noticed that when the engine is cold and I go from reverse to drive, I slightly hear and feel a "clunk" after the car moves about 20-40 feet. Is there a flaw in the gears or transmission? I haven't driven an auto. in 5 yrs. but is this normal in an '03 accord? Let me know if you guys have the same experience.

Same here, but mine makes noise every time(hot or cold) when I put from reverse to drive. I thought it is coming from the tranny. I only have 4cyl. Does anyone else have this noise too? Does anyone don't have this noise. Help please
I verified with the HONDA service dept. the clunk is the ABS priming the brakes as the car intially enters the forward drive gear. It is normal and not something to be concerned with, and there is no method to undo it. A small quirk for such a nice car.
