I gotta say, my father's 97 Accord Special Edition sedan's windows are PAINFULLY slow to go up----I mean real real slow...they creep...and if the A/C is running, seems worse...yet my 99 Accord's two side windows (coupe) FLY up real fast when I press the button---they are really fast.
My two cents...
My two cents...

I had this same problem of my windows not wanting to roll up and having to pull them down and shit.
SO I checked out Ebay they have the Window motors/regulators for like 50-60$ for each window.
I called honda and they wanted $300 dollars to install them so I laughed in there face and hung up.
I installed them myself in about 30-45mins a window not sure wasn't watching the clock but its pretty easy.
My windows roll up like 2003 windows now =) I think it was most definitely worth it, I love them.
