Default Front mudguards

I have a '95 Accord with the factory front mudguards. After I lowered it, sometimes (like 50/50) when I drive over speedbumps, they scrape.

This can get annoying and I am sure that would scratch up my fenders. The thing is, my car isn't that low (H&R Sport and Koni Yellows) so I was thinking maybe I should just take them out?

How many of you actually took your front mudguards off? If so, does your car get dirty easier/faster?

If I do ended up taking off my front ones, I'd have to take off my rear ones otherwise my car would look stupid, huh?

I've never had mudflaps on my civic, but have contemplated on it. I decided it looks better w/o anyway. I just keep it really clean and pay attention to the lower panels when I clean and when I wax.
