Default headers and exhaust on a budget

I got 500-600 bucks, and I'm not as much into racing as I am into a reasonable mid range performance boost for my 94 accord sedan. tell me what i can do.

intake is good, i'd say get brand name if u wanna spend the money or just take out the resonator + K&N filter for the cheapo way.

i'd suggest saving the rest of the money for something else more worthed, but you can go with catback and headers plus high flow cat....

but thats just my opinion, ask the experts for better suggestions

Actually, my AEM cold air intake is on order and should be here next week. I know I can get a decent header for around 200, I'll probably hafta save more for the exhaust, but the car is never going to be raceworthy on my budget, I'm just looking to eliminate the bottlenecks in a reasonable fashion

the kamikaze header is really cheap and performs very well, if not better than the dc sports header which is much more expensive.

Eh, I decided against the resonator option. I had the cash to get the intake for my old legend and everything I've read suggests the AEM will be worth it if i intend to finish modding the exhaust system in the future.

Would the OEM EX headers be significantly cheaper? Then all I would have to worry about would be a decent exhaust system.

I can get the EX OEM headers from honda-parts-online.com for 48 bills. Would that give me a performance boost over the stock LX header?
