Default where is main relay assembly located on 4th gen?

For those of you who replaced the main relay assembly on a 4th gen accord, can you tell me exactly where it's located? I'm pretty sure it's the main relay going out on me. A few times my car has left me sitting there until it cooled down. any help would be appreciated.

PGM-FI Main Relay, $49.03 from Honda... haven't had the problem ever since I replaced it! Let me know if you want me to take a pic of the actual relay

This particular site will give you a great description of the main fuel relay. http://techauto.tripod.com. Also try Hparts.com, it was the least expensive place to purchase the part. ~$38.00 not including the shipping. The part number is #39400-SM4-003 Description reference #327985. One of these two numbers should work at Hparts. Good Luck.
