I think so, trying to imagine. But wouldn't that make your Filter flew right off the box if you're driving without the top of the box? It's been a while so I don't remember how the OEM look like, but I think either you'll get a K&N filter plugged for DIY CAI or get some decent CARB proved CAI if you want less noise.

if you want a nice intake get a injen do not jsut stick a filter in the end of your stock tube but if you can afford an intake get an injen they make very nice intakes

BTW, he wants something quiet... and by using the stock piping he is still using the second resonator system...

it will not be quiet it will still be loud like a real intake and he said he does not care if it is loud and does not want the stock one so get an INJEN do not just stick a filter in the end of the stock tube it is ghetto and from what you car looks like it is very clean filter in the end of tube is not get clean looking compared to a nice polished or anodized intake

I can barely read what you just "said."

A filter on the end will be quiet, and it will actually look cleaner dependant on how you use the term... it all being stock except for the filter. Won't look ghetto at all...
