I have an old 91 EX cpe, and just recently it started creating an echo noise coming from the wheels or wheel wells. When driving in Neutral it still echo's, so i know its not the engine. When i slow down, the echoing noise goes away. I tried swapping the tires with an old set, and still the echo...could it be wheel bearings? Control arm? I hardly drive it, mostly on weekends to save K's on my new car, but still pisses me off.
