I'm in Cali, are Carsound Cats legal for my 1996 Accord LX? What's the differnce between OBD I and OBD II? If so, which one is the proper one for my car? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Also, i'm looking to get an Apexi WS exhaust with 2.25" piping if that makes a diiference in choice of cat.

 

i believe on random techs website it says that no high flow cat is legal on a OBDII vehicle in CA.
