Supposedly the racing chip I'm putting in my car kills the governor. I guess we'll have to see about that.

well no rev limiter in my ride cuz of my computer and what not. 130 was easy but thankfully i have springs and a good suspension cuz every little movement is a huge deal at those speeds. i finally found a road where i can see my top speed but its mad dark and theres always cops parked in teh cut just waiting for some1 to test that strip..

So drive up and down the strip and make sure there are none first, heh. Or have a friend on the other side with a cell phone, waiting to see if cops show up. Duh.

I had my '95 V6 up to 220 kph (136.7 mph). The road I was on was bumpy and the suspension was not up to the task, so I had to back off. I'm sure the car had more, although I didn't make a note of the RPM. Since then I've upgraded the struts to Bilstein HD's, but have yet to test out the top end with the new stuff.
