Default sticker removal

my gal's teg has a lot of old stickers on the windshield from the last owner... i tried using a blow dryer to heat up the glue first before slowly taking off the sticker.... but there's some glue left on the windshield... my question is, how do i get it off? thanx

As long as its on glass only, and not aftermarket tinted.
You should be able to use the sharp face of a razor.
Do NOT do this on any painted surfaces.

a razor?? hhm.. never thought of that.... btw, i heard from my friend abt a certain product that can take glue off windshields.. anyone know abt this??

a product called goo gone should take that residue off no problem. you can get it at lowes.

cool... thanx a lot man... can it be used on the exterior as well?? there's glue from an old parking sticker on the rear bumper of the teg that just won't go away...

u can use nail polish remover....ONLY USE ON WINDOWS....try not to get it anywhere other then the window....

Goo gone or goof off can be used on painted surfaces but be careful on how hard you rub because it can remove paint if you rub too hard....but I use it on paint and never had a problem.

clay bar and WD40 can be used on paint to remove sticker residue and road tar. Follow up with wax to replace that which is removed by the WD40. Be sure to use a soft cloth towel as well, nothing to harsh.

i had to use a razor blade to scrape the tape residue from my widows (from previous owner's forsale signs) not like a mach 2 or anythig, just plane razorblades from a hardware store
