Default Is camber required? 6gen on H&R Sports

My H&R Sports and TL-S rear sway bar just arrived. I am about to take my car to the shop to have it all installed.
Do you guys have any advice as to what I should tell the mechanic... any specifics? Will I need a camber kit?

Thanks,
M

What kinda drop are the springs advertised for? I'm just curious cause I got tom's springs that are rated for 1.75 in front and 1.5 in rear. I don't know if I need a kit also, I'm not gonna install the springs till I get my car fixed.

Yup, I doubt you'll need a camber kit with the H&R sport, you should be fine with them. And like moofoo said, you'll need em only once you go past the 1.8-2.0" drop. I'm on eibach sportlines and I had some camber wear on my rear tires. The sportlines are apparently 1.8" drop but on most 6g sedans they look like 2.0-2.2" drop.

Yeah, I wouldn't spend money on a camber kit, but I'd get an alighnment after the install.

Get an alignment after the drop, and see what your camber is, then you can get a definitive answer. Till then the typical answer is probably not until you drop more than 2 inches.

Either way, get the aligment and ask to see the final specs.
