will these babys rust during the winter time? I live in canada and we get some pretty harsh winters...

im a bit worried that teh threads will rust/corrode/seize..

opinions would be nice

 

if you are that worried, i bet you can spray some wd40 or put motor oil on it to keep water off

 

I don't think so, I had them on through the killer winter weather we had in Jersey, and they didn't rust

 

i can tell you that they do rust. i was a little disappointed, but they do rust. it may have been because of all the salt that they put on the roads this past winter, but there was rust on there. you can rub some of it off though. its kind of like the type of rust you get on your brake rotors when you wash your car, but once you drive, its gone. i think another thing that affected it was the fact that all of it kept building up. its not like brake rotors when everytime you drive they get rubbed off. im not sure if you could follow that, but.............yeah. hope that helps. rust or not, its still a bad ass suspension.

 

Yes they do...and as already said above I was disappointed and it makes it hard a shit for unlock the collars...

 

hmm.. so probably better to get just plain springs/shocks then i guess.

 

But they are still a nice suspension......Nice ride IMO
