Default 2003 Honda TSB's

I searched for this but was unsucceful at locating the answer...

Is there any place online to get access to 2003 Honda TSB's?

It seems that www.alldata.com does not show 2003 Honda any more. This seems to be at the request of Honda, according to the discalimer that appears on the web site.

NHTSA seems to only provide the title to the TSB then wants to charge for the complete docuement.

Is there a place that these can be found free of charge somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/

They have TSBs, recalls, and you can see formal complaints that people have filed. Its a pretty interesting read...........almost every car made has some sort of instance of the airbags going (or not going!!) off without warning.

While the customer complaints are interesting there does not seem to be any detail on the TSBs just one sentance desriptions that are not that descriptive.

Is threre any place to get the entire TSB?

Thanks again
