I don't want to spend more than $1000. I'm not trying to hook it up big willie style or anything. I just wants something that I can replace those hubcaps with and look decent. Is there a rim you can suggest within that price range? I'm open for suggestions.

I'd go with the American Eagle Silvers

 

with 1000 dollars, you're choices are very limited. No way you'll get decent 18"s, but you mite find some decent looking 17"s with tires for 1000 dollars. I think u should ditch the whole budget issue. When you dont do ur car right the first time, you're gonna regret it in the future and if you come back to it and redo it, its gonna end up costing a lot more money. My suggestion: save about 3-400 dollars more and get better wheel/tire package.

I got my wheels for $1000, and I think they're "decent"

 

Not really a fan of either but out of the two df go with the american eagles.
