It's legit 
I've seen them before, I think Options sells them. Even the dealership manuals show them (along with the inspire emblem, and a few others).
but yeah, they go on the C pillar.

That emblem is JDM.......I know a few people that have done Inspire conversions or their TL's and they have those emblems. Still strange why it says "Honda of America", but that's what they say.
