Weight? Hehe I would rather not have them. After being in two wrecks in which the airbags did come out... they are simply annoying. Crap gets everywhere, powder irritates, car is dirty, they hurt... and if you are wearing your seatbelts and the crash isnt above say 100 mph total, they don't even do anything. The much less the car would weigh would be awesome.

 

I believe they weren't required in Japan.

 

how much do the weigh? haha i think ill keep mine though stearing wheel looks better with them.....that wheel looks like an oldschool 4th gen or some older car....out side edge is nice....just middle looks cheap

 

I saw a Honda Integra R steering wheel once and creamed my pants. I bet the entire air bag system weighs at least 50 lbs... and I hate airbags so... haha.

 

i dunno, i really like that steering wheel, looks much cleaner flat.... its just the like the 4th gen wheel, but new... plus the leather. I hate my 5th gen airbag wheel, the finish in center is all weird and sticky like,and it doesnt get clean.

 

that steering wheel looks just like what my old 91 SE had, before airbags were put in, in 92.

 

I bought the JDM Accord steering wheel and it does not fit our accords...

 

... why not just find a 4th gen 90-91 w/o airbags...... like the 91 SE model w/ leather wheel?

 

i want the auto climate control so bad... does anyone know if they offered it in any RHD country for the 5th gen? like taiwan, maybe?

 

well you would need to rig up your console piece because the gauge bezel would be backards....
