Hey fellow accordians- I need your help: i bought an universal Apexi filter for my 94ex cuz i read all the reviews of how great they were however, I find that I can't install in on the old RS Akimoto short ram right now.

You see, most filters like the K&N I had on before have a soft rubber female end that you can attach to the short ram pipe with a simple clamp. However the I can't do that with the Apexi filter because it is mean to be screwed onto the pipe (and has no rubber end).

I've heard that I can buy something (MF Adaptor?) that I can use to connect the two however I've been to a few autoplaces (Kragen's was nice but no help) and nobody carries it. Does anyone know if its possible to put my filter on or what and where I can find the part to put on an intake.

Please help, I spent 80 something on this filter and I dont want to give it up.
