Default DIY Grill complete.

Finally finished... all i gotta do is attatch the mesh, and clear coat the whole thing as one piece.....

looks pretty tite. think that installation will be a problem with that piece missing?

actually, there are no screw mounting points where i cut it out.... so its perfect. I only cut it out because the grill was cracked in half there before, so i cut it all smooth.

nice job. with mine, i didn't include the blasy peice behind it. i think when i spend more time on it, i'll add that part in :thumbup:. here are my pics since i didn't feel like makin an extra post... click here
